Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets may be exchanged subject to availability up to 48 hours prior to your original booking. The steps to exchange your booking can be found under “Can I change my booking to a different day or time” on our FAQs page. If you’re within 48 hours of the event, unfortunately, changes can no longer be made.

Card payments only.

Strictly no dogs allowed except guide and assistance dogs.

Strictly no smoking or vaping.

Drones and flares are forbidden.

Picnics are not permitted.

We take no responsibility for any injuries or accidents to visitors arising from or in connection with the Sunflower events or for any accidental loss or damage to personal effects.
